PAUL O'GRADY is back at ITV for a ghost hunting series after vowing in the past never to return.

The chat show host, 52, who defected to Channel 4 from ITV two years ago will take part in ITV2’s Ghost Hunting With... series in the near future.

Paul will accompany a group of pals and presenter Yvette Fielding on a terrifying tour including a séance in catacombs under Sicily’s capital Palermo, which are home to the mummified remains of 8,000 people dating back to the 16th century.

Yvette told Teletext: “It’s going to be an horrific few days over there. For me it’s the most frightening place I’ll have ever been to. I’m really frightened about it and have been having nightmares.

“You look at the corpses hanging there and imagine doing an Ouija board in there at the dead of night.

“But Paul said he wanted to do a Ghosthunting With... that would scare his friends to death. He begged to do the catacombs.”
